System Shock Portable was a port/mod released in 2006 that enabled System Shock to be run in a more accessible way under modern operating systems of that time, since the game's original platform was MS-DOS.
SSP enabled high resolution graphics, featured WASD directional control and introduced mouselook for the very first time. It had high system requirements, as it was using DOSBox emulation.
