The Stimulation Unit Access Cards or Sim-Love Access Cards are used to enter the rooms in the Sensual Stimulation Center located near the Mall.
Strategy
The Cards are purchased from a Replicator right next to the Sensual Stimulation Units' rooms on the upper floor. They are very expensive, so remember to Hack the machine to make their costs slightly lower.
Only the Nikki's room has anything of great value in it, so you might want to only buy that one. It costs 125 Nanites on Normal difficulty when hacked, but there is a stack of 503 Nanites and 10 Cybernetic Modules inside of the room.
