The Stim Unit Access Card is used to enter the Sensual Stimulation Chambers in the Mall.
Strategy
The cards are purchased from a special replicator right next to the stimulation chambers - remember to hack the machine first to make the costs slightly cheaper.
The cards are very expensive, and only the "Nikki" room has anything of great value in it, so you might want to only buy that one. The Nikki card costs over 100 nanites but there is a pile of 500 nanites and 10 cybernetic modules inside of the room.
