Starbreeze Studios is a video game development studio and publisher that was involved in the production of System Shock 3. Some of their more notable games developed in the past include Payday 2, Syndicate (2012 reboot) and The Chronicles of Riddick series.
On 11th of February 2019 Starbreeze Studios and OtherSide Entertainment have mutually agreed to sell back the publishing rights for System Shock 3 to the latter company.
