The Security Expert O/S Upgrade increases the Hacking skill by 2 only for Security Computers.
Strategy[]
- Useful only for improbable, specialized character builds with very low Hacking skill and Cybernetic Affinity stats who can dedicate an O/S upgrade slot to this and can't otherwise avoid setting off alarms.
- No effect at all on remote hacking when using Remote Circuitry Manipulation Psi power.
- In co-operative gameplay, a hacking-oriented team member might benefit from this upgrade, especially early in the game. This is perhaps the only sensible reason to use this O/S Upgrade.
