Roy Sitwell is the founder of Optimum Capital, an investment bank focused heavily on tech that was founded in 2000. It would later purchase Paragon Security Group in 2002 and acquired ChemCal in 2020. They officially merged and rebranded into the TriOptimum Corporation in 2022.
