Effect	Causes the world to appear to slow down during its duration. It can also be used to disable Proximity Mines.

The Reflect Reaction Aid causes the world to appear to slow down during its duration. It can also be used to disable Proximity Mines. To do so simply use the patch and slowly approach an active mine, hovering the cursor over it and after a few seconds it will deactivate.
