- The higher your Maintenance skill, the more charge you can store in it at recharge stations.
Strategic Analysis
- Obviously of benefit mainly to those persons who use some amount of psionic powers. The PsiBoost™ is a vital element of the O.S.A. person's arsenal, as almost all psionic disciplines become more effective at higher PSI levels.
