OtherSide Entertainment (originally named Cerulean Sky Productions) are the former developers of yet to be released System Shock 3.
The company was founded in 2013 by Paul Neurath. They are also the makers of Underworld Ascendant, the sequel to both Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss and Ultima Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds.

OtherSide Entertainment was founded in 2013.
In 2015 it was announced that they would be Developing System Shock 3, however later in 2020 it was announced that Tencent was involved with the development as well. In 2022 however it was confirmed by Warren Spector that OtherSide was no longer developing the game.
As of 2025, they are still an active Developer.
