Mira discovered how to restore manual security control to the Hospital Level. She hatched a plan to destroy the CPU Nodes and Security Cameras on the Level to restrict SHODAN's control over the Station's systems.
Mira's husband Gunther was killed on 15th October by a mutant on Level 1.
She was killed sometime shortly after and her severed head was discovered by the Hacker in the medical room opposite Healing Suite's exit.
