Actually, the Annelid Launcher/Worm Launcher actually HAS two firing modes: HUMAN and ANNELID. I was almost 100% sure of that, but checked it out in the game anyways... and it's true. Only one ammunition type, slow reloading, homing on compatible enemies and sure as hell, two modes. It's always best to check things we aren't sure of in the game. I actually am digging deeper and deeper into this game and discovering quite crazy things, I invite you to do the same : )
Thanks for the info, bro. I thought the Annelid Launcher had only one firing mode, as I wasn't able to change the modes for the weapon in the GOG release of the game. Must be a bug in the game I guess.
No problemo man. I've learnt that even the sources of data I considered perfect or close to perfect (like CLE's FAQ or Prima's Strategy Guide) are sometimes off. Suprisingly many things actually. Doing my testing on GOG 2.46 and damn, is it easy to get surprised... Right now I wonder what could be this bug of yours that caused this ma-maa-maaaa-malfuction.
Actually am wondering if some data did change in the later versions... but as they don't have any community patches integrated AFAIK, it shouldn't. Also ... if there's anything I fuck up, just let me know, tho I try to double- or triple-check my info. Oh well, I'll quad-check in case of a fuckup : D See you : )
