SHODAN's Mainframe is a series of computers which serve as its brain or motherboard.

The Mainframe is located on the Bridge of Citadel Station and is the location SHODAN retreats to when the Hacker has spoiled all of her plans.

Due to the Mainframe being shielded, the Hacker must use its Cyberspace Terminal to battle SHODAN for the final time in System Shock.
