The Control Bridge is Level 9 of Citadel Station and the tenth and final explored in System Shock.

Overview

It is positioned at the uppermost end of the Station and is the location of the command and control center. The primary neural bud for SHODAN is located here. One important feature of this level is the ability to separate from the main body of the Station in times of dire emergency. Unknown gray biological infestation has covered most of its surfaces.

Objectives

• Turn off all three force doors leading to the computer room.
• Acquire the isolinear chipset and install it in the computer room to unlock the door to SHODAN.
• Defeat SHODAN in Cyberspace.

Bugs/Glitches

• There is a glitch where by getting low to the ground, running into and standing up into the hidden central door, saving and loading. You can clip inside.
• There is a rare glitch where when unlocking and entering the central room the game will give a game over screen when still having health.
