Heart Pillows are unused items found only in the game files of System Shock 2. They are soft cotton heart-shaped pillows which smell faintly of lavender, talcum powder, and machine oil. They were probably supposed to be found on Recreation Deck in Sensual Stimulation Center, on/near the beds inside the Sim-Love Units, but are not present there or anywhere else in the game. Pillows serve no purpose besides decoration and a trivial source of Nanites.
