This organ continues to pulse slowly and ooze a black fluid. Researching the Greater Psi Reaver Organ was supposed to allow you to learn how to best target the Greater Psi Reaver and its projections for maximal damage, increasing all the damage dealt to the Greater Psi Reaver and its projections by 25%. However, due to a bug, this bonus is not applied.
Researching this item requires Research skill level 1. Small amounts of both Barium (Ba) and Radium (Ra) are needed in the process.

This is a continuously energized sample of psycho-creative residue. It is the end product of a massively complex and focused Psionic projection. This residue can be temporarily disrupted, but not permanently destroyed, since the Psionic projection can simply be re-created by the source organism. This version of the Psi Reaver seems much more powerful than those you have previously encountered
Recommendation. While the projection can be disrupted by most conventional means, this serves as a short-term solution only. Resources should not be wasted in combating this phenomenon unless it is crucial for survival. If it must be destroyed, seek out and destroy the controlling brain structure first.

- The object is a redundant Research topic as there is only one Greater Psi Reaver in the game and you will acquire its organ only after the creature's permanent destruction. In some versions of the game this item isn't dropped at all. If it appears and you really want to complete this Research for any reason, be sure to bring Radium and Barium found earlier in the Body of the Many in the ex-Rickenbacker's Chemical Storage Room.
- This item can be studied without learning any Research skill if a charged LabAssistant™ Implant is equipped.
