Eel Zapper is one of the many minigames that you can find in your Trioptimum Entertainment Pak in System Shock.
The program can be found on the Executive Level in Cyberspace.
It's called "Games v2" in Cyberspace when picked up in the original floppy version.
It is a clone of Missile Command, turned upside-down. Instead of defending cities from missile attack by using counter-missiles, the player must defend swimmers from eels by using depth charges.
