David Honig was on the Citadel Station and joined the Resistance against SHODAN.
His group was trapped at the Medical Level. Mira Stackhouse suggested to destroy the main CPU core in the alpha quadrant and also the security cameras.
The next day he found out that the survivors were converted as cyborgs in Alpha. He reached a quiet area away from the chaos. He thought to reach that device and reset it.
