Credit Machines (also known as Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), and/or Money Machines) are machines that give Tri-Credits in exchange for Opti-Bond Finance Chips in the remake. In the original game they are not usable. There are 3 in the original and 5 in the remake. They are only found on the Executive level.
Destroying the communication antennae on the Engineering level will leave Credit Machines unable to communicate with the banks on Earth, thus rendering them unusable for the remainder of the playthrough.
